Building Automation Technician - Data Centers | Pacific Northwest (50% Travel)

We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Building Automation Technician to support mission-critical environments across the Pacific Northwest. If you've worked in data centers or high-availability facilities and know your way around Tridium, this one's for you.
What You'll Be Doing
Commission, calibrate, and troubleshoot building automation systems in live data center environments
Travel to client sites across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho - typically 2-3 days/week
Integrate and optimize HVAC, cooling, and environmental controls to meet uptime and energy targets
Interpret control drawings, sequences, and network topologies (BACnet/IP, Modbus, etc.)
Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and site teams to deliver resilient, scalable solutions
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in building automation or controls, ideally in data centers or critical facilities
Hands-on with Tridium Niagara (preferred), or similar platforms like Distech, Honeywell, or Siemens
Strong grasp of low-voltage wiring, control logic, and IP-based communication protocols
Valid driver's license and comfort with regional travel
Clear communicator with a proactive, safety-first mindset
