About the Role:
We're seeking a seasoned Building Automation Programmer with 7+ years of hands-on experience to join our growing team in Kansas City. You'll be working on exciting, high-impact projects that span commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Program, configure, and commission Building Automation Systems (BAS) using Schneider Electric or Tridium Niagara platforms.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
- Develop and modify control sequences, graphics, and system integrations.
- Troubleshoot and optimize system performance across HVAC, lighting, and energy management systems.
- Maintain documentation and support ongoing system upgrades and enhancements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Building Automation programming.
- Proficiency with Schneider Electric and/or Tridium Niagara platforms.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, control theory, and networking protocols.
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and control diagrams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel regularly to the Kansas CIty office and project sites.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Niagara AX/N4 Certification or Schneider EBO/StruxureWare experience.
- Experience with BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks protocols.
- Familiarity with integration of third-party systems.
