As a Building Envelope Consultant, you'll play a key role in delivering assessments, designing restoration solutions, and guiding clients through complex repair and rehabilitation projects. The Role: Assistant Project Manager (APM)
You will manage the full project lifecycle for existing building envelope projects, serving leading institutions, REIT owners, property managers, and government facility teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct architectural and building envelope assessments.
- Prepare construction documents, plans, and specifications.
- Lead construction administration, from bidding to close‑out.
- Perform site investigations, condition assessments, leak evaluations, and documentation.
- Collaborate with a high‑performing, remote technical team.
- Ensure safety, quality, and client satisfaction at all stages.
