The company is seeking a Commercial Construction Sr. Project Manager to join the team. This role is critical to the successful completion of some of the firm's most important commercial renovation and ground-up projects in the Tampa market, ranging from $1-15m. The ideal candidate will step in quickly to support the management of ongoing projects and ensure seamless execution.
Key responsibilities of the Commercial Construction Sr. Project Manager include:
- Manage project lifecycle from preconstruction through delivery.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
- Ensure budget, schedule, and quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including superintendents, and labor crews.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure clear communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor and track RFIs, submittals, change orders and other project records.
Key requirements of the Commercial Construction Sr. Project Manager include:
- Recent education construction experience.
- Extensive track record in successful ground-up or heavy renovation construction projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work and project schedule.
- Experience with project management software (e.g. Constructware, P6, Timberline).
