Position Overview
The company provides SaaS solutions designed to accelerate decarbonization for domestic enterprises and municipalities. As a Customer Success Manager (CSM), you will play a critical role in maximizing the post-implementation customer experience and supporting business growth through close collaboration.
From onboarding to driving ongoing product adoption and incorporating customer feedback into product improvements, you will serve as the key bridge between customers and the product.
Key Responsibilities
- Support customers during onboarding and implementation
- Develop and execute customer success strategies
- Analyze usage data and propose improvement initiatives
- Drive feature development and service planning based on customer feedback

Required Skills
- Experience in customer success, implementation consulting, or equivalent roles within IT or SaaS companies
