Our clients work spans mission-critical data centers, advanced healthcare facilities, and major commercial developments. We are expanding their executive leadership team in Miami and seeking a seasoned professional to help drive our continued success.
The Role
As Electrical Project Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of large-scale electrical construction projects, ensuring excellence in execution, client satisfaction, and profitability. You will lead project teams, manage client relationships, and provide strategic direction across multiple high-value engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage electrical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal teams.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Provide executive oversight on project planning, staffing, financials, and risk management.
- Mentor and develop project managers and field leadership.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation across project delivery.
Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years' experience in electrical construction, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale projects.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Deep understanding of electrical systems in data centers, healthcare, or commercial environments.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing abilities.
- Must be based in Miami or willing to relocate.
