Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required.
- Extensive expertise in water infrastructure, including public works and private development.
- Strong technical background in wastewater treatment system design.
- Proven leadership and management skills, including strategic planning and resource allocation.
