Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate estimates for commercial and residential solar projects
Analyze drawings, specs, and site conditions to determine material, labor, and cost requirements
Collaborate with design, procurement, and project management teams
Track vendor pricing and maintain up-to-date cost databases
Assist in bid preparation and client proposals
Qualifications:
2+ years of estimating experience in solar, electrical, or general construction
Familiarity with solar PV systems and installation processes
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Excel
Bonus: Experience with CAD or solar design platforms (e.g., Helioscope, Aurora)
