Position Summary:

We are seeking a Construction Project Manager with strong field experience to oversee active façade restoration projects in compliance with NYC Local Law 11 (FISP). This is a boots-on-the-ground role focused on managing crews, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely, safe, and high-quality execution of restoration work.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day construction operations on multiple façade restoration job sites.
  • Supervise field crews, subcontractors, and site logistics to ensure productivity and safety.
  • Coordinate with superintendents, foremen, and safety personnel to maintain compliance with DOB and OSHA regulations.
  • Monitor project schedules, material deliveries, and manpower to meet deadlines.
  • Conduct daily site walks and inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to scope.
  • Communicate with property managers, building supers, and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Support permit closeouts, inspections, and punch list completion.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on façade restoration or exterior envelope work.
  • Strong working knowledge of NYC Local Law 11 (FISP) and DOB safety regulations.
  • OSHA 30 certification required; Site Safety Training (SST) card required.
  • Proven ability to manage union and non-union labor on active job sites.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Buildertrend, MS Project) is a plus.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
