Key Responsibilities
- Perform installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of power systems and equipment.
- Provide technical support and training to customers and partners.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across APAC and global HQ.
- Prepare service reports and documentation in both English and Japanese.
Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.
- 3+ years of field service experience in the energy, power, or industrial sectors.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel frequently across Japan.
- Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (spoken and written).
