About the Role
We are seeking a Global Account Leader to strengthen and expand an established partnership with a global technology client, with a focus on data center construction and real estate development projects. This role involves driving account strategy, client development, and operational excellence while growing services related to the design and construction of critical assets.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will lead account strategy, growth initiatives, and collaboration across geographies and teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement global account strategy aligned with client needs and market goals in data center and real estate sectors.
- Create actionable annual and multi-year account plans with measurable outcomes.
- Drive growth in bookings, margin, and client relationships globally.
- Expand service offerings and position the organization as a trusted advisor for mission-critical facilities and property development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, sustainable solutions for data center and real estate projects.
- Lead pursuit strategies for key opportunities and ensure exceptional client experience.
- Inspire and align multidisciplinary teams across geographies.
- Position the organization as a thought leader through innovation and sustainability practices.
Qualifications
- Proven experience growing global client accounts profitably.
- Strong background in design, engineering, and consultancy for built assets, data centers, and real estate development.
- Ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration internationally.
- Strategic mindset with commercial acumen and entrepreneurial approach.
- Skilled in relationship-building within complex organizations.
- Experience with global technology and real estate clients preferred.

- Competitive salary: $164,063-$251,564 (based on experience and location).
