Zentrale Aufgaben
- Entwicklung und Umsetzung der Entwicklungsstrategie für Utility‑Scale‑Solar‑PV‑, Wind‑ und BESS‑Projekte in Deutschland.Förderung des Portfoliowachstums durch organische Entwicklung und strategische Co‑Development‑Partnerschaften.
- Aufbau, Verhandlung und Steuerung von Partnerschaften zur Beschleunigung des Pipeline‑Ausbaus.
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Investment/M&A Teams bei Akquisitionen und strategischen Chancen.
- Führung eines multidisziplinären Entwicklungsteams und Koordination der technischen, genehmigungsrelevanten und kaufmännischen Arbeitsstränge.
Ihr Profil
- Umfassende Erfahrung in der Projektentwicklung im Bereich erneuerbare Energien (Solar, Wind, BESS).
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Aufbau und Management groß angelegter Projektpipelines.
- Kompetenzen in Partnerschaftsentwicklung, Verhandlung und Stakeholder‑Management.
- Exzellente Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und sicheres Arbeiten in einem dynamischen, wachstumsorientierten Umfeld.
