Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead strategy development and execution for multiple survey projects.
  • Prepare and manage field data, crew scheduling, and QA/QC processes.
  • Oversee the creation of survey plans, reports, and CAD deliverables.
  • Conduct complex analyses and ensure accurate data interpretation.
  • Train staff and implement new technologies and software.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and client communications.
  • Supervise and mentor team members.
  • Support business development and maintain client relationships.
  • Prepare proposals, scopes, estimates, and project documentation.
  • Participate in client and regulatory meetings.
  • Travel to field sites and client locations as needed.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of land surveying experience (field and office).
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and/or Carlson software.
  • Licensed Professional Surveyor or ability to obtain licensure.
  • Strong boundary analysis and quality control skills.
  • Proven project management and client engagement experience.
  • Familiarity with field equipment (Total Stations, GPS, Laser Scanners, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
