Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
- Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, fieldwork, and final deliverables
- Utilize advanced surveying technologies such as drone-based aerial surveys and LiDAR
- Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
- Mentor and support junior staff as needed
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project objectives
Qualifications
- Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS or LSIT) in Massachusetts or Rhode Island
- Strong understanding of survey principles and applicable regulations
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Project Scope
Work includes residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and soon Connecticut.
