Responsibilities

  • Perform and oversee boundary, topographic, and construction surveys
  • Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, fieldwork, and final deliverables
  • Utilize advanced surveying technologies such as drone-based aerial surveys and LiDAR
  • Ensure compliance with state and local regulations
  • Mentor and support junior staff as needed
  • Coordinate with clients and internal teams to meet project objectives

Qualifications

  • Licensed Land Surveyor (PLS or LSIT) in Massachusetts or Rhode Island
  • Strong understanding of survey principles and applicable regulations
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

Project Scope
Work includes residential, commercial, and industrial projects across Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New Hampshire, Maine, and soon Connecticut.
