Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior marketing leaders, sales teams, and technical experts to shape segment strategy for the Data Centre and Microelectronics markets in Southeast Asia.
- Conduct voice-of-customer activities to gather insights on product attributes, pricing, customer needs, and market opportunities.
- Perform market research to analyze trends, competitor solutions, and innovation opportunities, translating insights into strategic recommendations.
- Evaluate business performance metrics across revenue, product innovation contribution, and gross margin.
- Partner with finance, sales, and field service teams to optimize commercial performance and product/service offerings.
- Coordinate new product launch activities, including customer trials, development of value propositions, commercial models, and sales enablement.
- Provide technical and commercial training to internal sales and service teams.
- Support the development of growth plans for key accounts in the Data Centre and Microelectronics segments.
- Contribute to annual sales and budget planning, and perform performance and gap analyses for targeted customers.
- Support the planning and execution of marketing events, exhibitions, and customer seminars.
- Develop or coordinate marketing collateral, digital content, social media assets, booth displays, and promotional materials.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Engineering, Chemistry, or Environmental Engineering.
- Experience in the water treatment industry is an advantage.
- Experience in data centres or microelectronics is a plus.
- Comfortable working autonomously and navigating ambiguity.
- Energetic, responsible, and a strong team player with a self-starter mindset.
- Strong analytical, communication, and collaborative skills.
