About the Role
A leading electrical subcontractor and part of a nationally recognized construction group is seeking a Medical Equipment Planner to support healthcare projects across the U.S. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in medical equipment planning, healthcare construction, and client coordination.
The Medical Equipment Planner will work closely with project teams, architects, and healthcare clients to ensure the successful planning, specification, and integration of medical equipment into complex healthcare environments. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of clinical workflows, equipment standards, and project lifecycle coordination.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in medical equipment planning for healthcare construction projects
- Strong knowledge of clinical equipment, healthcare design standards, and regulatory compliance
- Experience collaborating with architects, engineers, and healthcare providers
- Proficiency in equipment planning software and tools (e.g., Attainia, Revit, Excel)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a remote work environment
- Based in Tennessee is preferred, but not required
