💼 Salary: $150,000 - $175,000 + Relocation Support + Bonus Potential
We're hiring an experienced MEP Superintendent to lead the delivery of a major hyperscale data center project in Virginia. This is a high-impact role with a nationally recognized contractor, offering the chance to work on one of the most advanced digital infrastructure builds in the region.
What You'll Do:
- Take full ownership of MEP scopes on a large-scale hyperscale data center project.
- Lead field coordination, subcontractor management, and commissioning efforts.
- Ensure quality, safety, and schedule alignment across all MEP systems.
- Collaborate closely with project teams, clients, and trades to drive successful outcomes.

- Experience as an MEP Superintendent on hyperscale or mission-critical projects.
- Strong background in commissioning and MEP systems integration.

- Based in Virginia or open to relocation (support provided).
