📍 Kansas (Relocation + Hybrid)
A leading EPC firm is looking for a Nuclear Training Manager to build and lead training programs for a growing nuclear team.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage nuclear training + onboarding programs
- Create course content, materials, and qualification programs
- Partner with leadership to align training with project needs
- Deliver and oversee training (virtual + in-person)
- Ensure compliance with nuclear regulations and standards
- Track effectiveness and improve programs over time
What They're Looking For
- 5+ years in training, curriculum development, or program management
- Nuclear industry experience (engineering, construction, ops, or training)
- Strong understanding of regulated environments (NRC, DOE, etc.)
- Ability to build structured training programs from the ground up
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Prefered Qualifications
- Experience with NQA-1 or similar standards
- LMS platforms (SAP/SuccessFactors, etc.)
- Leadership or mentoring experience
