Tridium/Schneider Building Automation Programmer
Location: Remote (U.S.-based candidates only)
Salary Range: $100,000 - $145,000 per year (depending on experience)

Position Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Building Automation Programmer with expertise in Tridium Niagara and Schneider Electric systems to join our remote team. This role focuses on programming, integration, and optimization of Building Automation Systems (BAS) for commercial and mission-critical environments such as data centers and healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Program and configure Tridium Niagara N4 and Schneider Electric BAS platforms
- Develop control logic, graphics, alarming sequences, and dashboards
- Integrate HVAC, lighting, metering, and security systems using BACnet, Modbus, and LonWorks
- Perform remote diagnostics, troubleshooting, and system optimization
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and field technicians via remote tools
- Document programming standards, workflows, and system architecture
- Occasionally support commissioning efforts (minimal travel, if any)
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in BAS programming with Tridium Niagara N4
- Experience with Schneider Electric SmartStruxure or EcoStruxure platforms
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and control sequences
- Familiarity with communication protocols: BACnet, Modbus, TCP/IP
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical/electrical drawings
- Excellent communication and remote collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Niagara TCP Certification
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices for BAS networks
- Knowledge of IT networking and remote monitoring platforms
- Experience with Distech Controls is a plus
