We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Civil Project Manager to lead land development projects across the Denver metro area. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about shaping communities through thoughtful design and engineering.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead civil engineering design and project management for residential, commercial, and mixed-use land development projects.
- Oversee project lifecycle from concept through construction, including budgeting, scheduling, client coordination, and quality control.
- Manage internal design teams and coordinate with external consultants, municipalities, and utility providers.
- Prepare and review civil design plans, including grading, drainage, utility, and roadway layouts.
- Ensure compliance with local codes, standards, and permitting requirements.
- Mentor junior staff and contribute to team development and technical excellence.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- PE license in Colorado (or ability to obtain within 6 months).
- 6+ years of experience in civil site design and land development.
- Proven track record managing projects and client relationships.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D and related design software.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
