About the Role
We're looking for an experienced DeltaV Project Manager to lead a major automation project in the life sciences sector. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage complex projects from start to finish.
What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of DeltaV automation projects, from planning through execution and closeout.
- Take ownership of profit and loss, budgeting, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure milestones are met.
- Lead and coordinate engineering teams, ensuring alignment and accountability.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal teams and client stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with life sciences regulatory standards and company quality processes.
What We're Looking For
- Experience:
- 5+ years as a Project Manager in automation or process control.
- Life sciences experience strongly preferred (pharma, biotech, or related).
- Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with DeltaV systems and automation projects.
- Leadership:
- Proven ability to manage engineering teams (direct reports or lead role).
- Experience managing multiple projects or large-scale single projects.
- Familiarity with projects involving multiple engineers and complex deliverables.
- Work Authorization: Must be a U.S. Citizen, Green Card holder, or currently on an H-1B visa.
Work Arrangement
This is a hybrid position with approximately 50% remote work and 50% on- site in Indianapolis, IN, after the initial project, it will be remote with 25% travel to customer sites in the United States.
