About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join a global company's Construction Division, driving high-impact infrastructure projects across Asia. With a robust pipeline of developments in semiconductor facilities, data centres, and power delivery systems, this role offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex energy-related construction initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project management for energy infrastructure projects.
• Manage cross-functional teams and contractors to ensure timely, budget-conscious, and quality delivery.
• Oversee planning, execution, and commissioning phases of construction projects.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Liaise with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Provide leadership and strategic direction on-site and remotely.
• Prepare and present project reports, risk assessments, and progress updates to senior management.
  
  
• 独立负责能源基础设施项目的全周期管理，包括项目规划、执行、监控及交付。
• 管理跨职能团队及承包商，确保项目按时、按预算、高质量完成。
• 监督施工现场的安全、质量及合规性，确保符合当地法规与国际标准。
• 与客户、政府机构及公司内部各部门保持良好沟通与协调。
• 定期向高层汇报项目进展、风险评估及关键里程碑。

Requirements

• Proven experience in project management within energy, power, solar, or BESS sectors.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in Chinese and Japanese (spoken and written) - essential for regional coordination.
• Willingness to travel across Asia for project oversight and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
