Key Responsibilities
- Oversee planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure successful delivery.
- Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance.
- Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
- Navigate permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Utilize Civil 3D and related tools for design and documentation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
- 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development.
- Strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
- Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
