Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee planning, design, and execution of land development projects, including grading, drainage, roadway, and utility design.
  • Manage budgets, schedules, and contracts to ensure successful delivery.
  • Serve as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and providing strategic guidance.
  • Mentor and develop engineering teams, fostering collaboration and technical excellence.
  • Navigate permitting processes across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Utilize Civil 3D and related tools for design and documentation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license required.
  • 7+ years of progressive civil engineering experience, with a focus on land development.
  • Strong technical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Experience with AutoCAD/Civil 3D
