A well-established general contractor operating throughout the Midwest is seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to lead major infrastructure projects. This is a strategic leadership role for a professional with deep industry knowledge and a passion for delivering high-quality public and private sector work.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full life-cycle of large-scale mission critical projects.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, contracts, and risk mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, regulatory agencies, and internal teams.
- Lead subcontractor management and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Mentor project engineers and junior staff to support team development.
- Drive project profitability and client satisfaction through proactive leadership.
Experience Required
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in mission critical project management.
- Proven success managing infrastructure projects such as data centers, power plants, public safety facilities, or site development.
- Experience with public works, municipal contracts, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong background in field operations, estimating, and scheduling.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
