Project Manager

The firm is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architectural Project Manager to lead and oversee architectural projects from concept through completion. This role involves managing design teams, coordinating with consultants and contractors, ensuring compliance with codes and standards, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Leadership:
- Manage architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration.
- Lead internal design teams and coordinate with external consultants.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and alignment with project goals.
Design Oversight:
- Review and approve design documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Ensure design quality, innovation, and adherence to client requirements.
- Maintain compliance with local building codes, zoning laws, and ADA regulations.
Budget & Schedule Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address delays or issues.
- Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders.
Team Collaboration:
- Mentor junior architects and support staff.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Coordinate with engineering, construction, and permitting teams.
Construction Administration:
- Conduct site visits and inspections.
- Review submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
- Ensure construction aligns with design intent and specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- 7+ years of experience, must have some experience in architectural project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and project management software (e.g., MS Project, Deltek)
- Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and materials
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
