Project Manager
Overview:
A leading geotechnical contractor in New England is expanding its specialty foundations team and is looking for a skilled Project Manager with a strong background in geotechnical construction. This role offers the chance to lead innovative ground engineering projects across the region, working alongside a collaborative team of estimators, engineers, and field professionals.
What You'll Do:
- Manage multiple geotechnical projects from concept through completion, including estimating, proposal development, and client negotiations.
- Oversee the design and execution of earth retention systems such as secant and sheet pile walls, soil nails, tiebacks, micro-piles, and underpinning.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
- Represent the company at industry events and contribute to business development through technical presentations and client engagement.
What You Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in geotechnical project management, ideally within specialty foundations.
- Strong technical knowledge of ground improvement and earth retention systems.
- Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Based in or willing to relocate to the New England area.
