Project Manager - Transmission (Austin)
- Manage transmission projects from planning and design through construction and closeout, ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and financial performance.
- Serve as the primary client point of contact, developing trusted relationships and driving repeat work and expanded services.
- Own project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, risk management, change management, and overall project profitability.
- Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams while ensuring compliance with internal QA/QC processes and industry standards.
- Support business development efforts through proposal preparation, presentations, client pursuits, and strategic account growth.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field from an accredited program.
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience, including 3+ years managing Transmission & Distribution engineering projects.
- Proven success in project management, including proposal development, contract negotiations, budgeting, scheduling, and client coordination.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information effectively to clients and leadership.
- Preferred: Professional Engineering (PE) license and/or PMP certification; experience with transmission design documents and NESC standards.
