Project Manager - Water/Wastewater

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead multidiscipline projects in the water/wastewater sector, with additional opportunities in education, public works, transportation, transit, aviation, healthcare, and corporate industries.


Role Overview

You will be responsible for delivering complex engineering and architecture projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, budget, and schedule compliance. This is a client-facing role requiring strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage design and construction projects, including financial and contract administration.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, contractors, and design teams.
  • Build and maintain client relationships, driving repeat business and new opportunities.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and resolve technical conflicts.
  • Prepare proposals, budgets, schedules, and progress reports.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Architecture.
  • Licensure: Registered Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect (AIA).
  • Experience: 10+ years in design and construction project management, preferably with water/wastewater facilities.
  • Certifications: PMP preferred.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling software (MS Project or P6) is a plus.
