A global infrastructure solutions provider is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead its Post-Tensioning business across Eastern Canada, including Ontario, Quebec, and Atlantic provinces.
About the Role
This is a strategic sales leadership position focused on expanding market share, developing key partnerships, and delivering high-value solutions in the post-tensioning space. You'll be responsible for identifying opportunities, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales growth by securing new business across Eastern Canada.
- Build and maintain relationships with contractors, engineers, and industry stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events and client meetings.
- Provide technical guidance on post-tensioning systems and solutions.
- Lead contract negotiations and manage the full sales lifecycle.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and finance teams to deliver successful outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/ERP systems and contribute to forecasting and reporting.
Ideal Candidate
- 5+ years of experience in construction sales or project execution, ideally in post-tensioning or structural solutions.
- Background in civil engineering, architecture, or related technical field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Bilingual (English/French) preferred, especially for Quebec market engagement.
- Comfortable with public speaking, client presentations, and site visits.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Location & Travel
- Based in Eastern Canada, ideally within reach of the Stouffville, Ontario office.
- Regular travel required across the region, including site visits and client engagements.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary up to CAD 170,000.
- Car and phone allowance.
- Uncapped commission based on gross profit.
