事業者の立場で現場を横断的にマネジメントできるエンジニアリング人材を新たに募集しています。
開発から建設、運転フェーズまで一貫して関与することで、プロジェクト全体の完成度向上を目指します。
ポジション概要
事業者サイドのプロジェクトエンジニア／フィールドエンジニアとして、
設計・調達・建設に関わる関係者を技術的観点から統合し、
建設現場が計画通り安全かつ円滑に進行するよう支援いただきます。
組織について
設計・調達・施工管理の各機能と連携しながら、
現場視点での技術調整・進捗管理・品質確保を担う役割です。
主な業務内容
1. 発電所建設における全体マネジメント支援
- 発電設備の据付・建設工程に関する現地対応計画の策定
- 建設スケジュール・進捗のモニタリングおよび調整
- 協力会社・施工業者との連携による現場コントロール
2. 技術的課題への対応・調整
- 建設現場で発生する技術的・工法上の課題に対する解決支援
- 設計・施工・メーカー間の技術調整
- 安全・品質・工程を踏まえた実務レベルでの意思決定支援
3. 品質・オペレーション改善へのフィードバック
- 建設・据付フェーズで得られた知見の整理
- 運転・保守を見据えた改善提案および社内共有
重要工程や立会いが必要な局面では現地対応（出張）を行います。
オンボーディング・立ち上がりイメージ
- 入社初期は定期的な1on1を通じて業務理解・目標設定をサポート
- 契約書、技術仕様書、作業要領書等のレビューを中心に段階的にキャッチアップ
- 約6か月を目安に、OJT形式で現場対応に参画
- チーム体制で業務を進めるため、独り立ち後も継続的なサポートあり
- 必要に応じて英語力向上の支援あり

必須要件（Must）
- エンジニアリング分野における実務経験
- プロジェクトエンジニア（PL/PM）
- 機械または電気設計
※目安：3〜5年以上（それ以上も歓迎）
- 機械または電気いずれかの基礎的な技術知識
- 社内外ステークホルダーとの調整・折衝能力
- 普通自動車運転免許
