Position Overview:
A leading energy consulting firm is seeking a dynamic and driven Senior Energy Consultant to join its team. This role focuses on developing new commercial and industrial sales opportunities while advising clients on energy management strategies. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, outgoing, and motivated by high-growth potential in a respected and innovative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell electricity, natural gas, energy efficiency, and renewable energy solutions.
- Generate leads and build a client base through proactive outreach (calls, emails, etc.).
- Conduct market research to identify and target potential customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized proposals and pricing strategies.
- Stay informed on energy market trends, pricing, and regulatory developments.
- Ensure excellent customer service by coordinating with the client services team.
- Support business development efforts by identifying new market opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the commercial sector.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to simplify and present technical information clearly.
- Proven success in building and maintaining a customer base.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Established network within the target market is a plus.
