As we continue to expand our presence in Asia, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director - Asia to lead our regional sales efforts and drive strategic growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to grow market share across all product lines, including aftermarket services.
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as municipal officials, consulting engineers, industrial clients, and utility companies.
  • Lead major project pursuits in collaboration with internal sales teams and external channel partners.
  • Conduct competitive market analysis and adjust sales strategies based on emerging trends.
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing regional sales team to exceed targets.
  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships to expand market reach.
  • Drive business development initiatives to capture new markets and opportunities.
  • Utilize CRM tools and advanced sales techniques to optimize sales processes and enhance customer engagement.
  • Develop proactive plans to grow the aftermarket business across multiple countries.
  • Support contract negotiations in coordination with internal stakeholders.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and seminars.
  • Recommend pricing strategies that ensure profitability.
  • Lead market entry strategies for new geographies and segments.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align sales initiatives with broader business goals.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree with 5-10 years of relevant experience across the Asia region, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proven experience leading regional sales teams across multiple countries.
  • Strong business development and strategic sales experience with a track record of driving growth.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to C-suite executives.
  • Expertise in market analysis, segmentation, and expansion into new geographies or segments.
  • Familiarity with water and wastewater treatment technologies; experience in filtration and disinfection is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated leadership and motivational skills in managing sales teams.
  • Strong technical sales capabilities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time across the region.
  • Proven experience in leading aftermarket sales teams and implementing growth strategies.
