Role Overview

The South-East and North-East Asia business is experiencing strong double‑digit growth and expanding order volumes. To support this development, the company is seeking an experienced leader with a strategic, growth‑driven mindset to expand its customer base across the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power sectors-key markets for the region.

The role requires close collaboration with customers, frequent on‑site engagement, and strong relationship‑building skills. A proactive, field‑oriented approach is essential, as the position emphasizes new customer acquisition and hands‑on sales activities.

This position is based in Busan, Korea.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the sales budget and drive order intake for the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Power sectors, including pipeline development and execution of strategic plans.
  • Work with solution support teams and marketing to position the company as a preferred provider of cooling solutions.
  • Monitor competitor activities and ensure appropriate response strategies.
  • Provide insights on market pricing trends.
  • Promote the use of standardized sales and marketing tools (e.g., CRM systems, account plans).
  • Uphold the organization's focus on compliance, integrity, and ethical conduct.
  • Understand customer business drivers and market environments to translate insights into opportunities.

Candidate Expectations

  • Minimum 10 years of technical sales experience in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, or Power industries, with a strong track record.
  • Ability to operate within a matrix organization.
  • Capable of managing both direct and indirect sales channels for greenfield and brownfield markets.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to support the development of a growing sales organization.
  • Team‑oriented, solution‑focused, and able to identify areas for improvement.
  • Strong network within key accounts in Oil & Gas, petrochemical, or power industries is a significant advantage.
  • Experience in the heat‑exchange industry is a plus.
