Senior Control Engineer
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute full-cycle industrial automation projects, from concept through commissioning.
- Design and implement control systems with a focus on safety, reliability, and performance.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, both remotely and on-site.
- Balance multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and strategic oversight.
- Apply industry standards across diverse applications and environments.
Required Skills
- Proficiency in PLC and HMI programming (e.g., Allen Bradley, Siemens).
- SolidWorks Electrical experience.
- Strong understanding of electrical schematics and calculations.
- Familiarity with NFPA 79 and other relevant safety standards.
- Experience with cross-platform software integration (e.g., LabVIEW, OPC/SCADA).
- Ability to write and interpret software flow documentation.
- Programming experience in structured languages (e.g., C/C++, Java).
- Competency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Background in pneumatic systems and general industrial automation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in controls engineering or industrial automation.
- 25% travel is required
