This is a rare opportunity for a seasoned forensic accounting professional to take on a pivotal leadership role. You will be instrumental in driving the growth of our practice, mentoring a high-performing team, and serving as a trusted expert in complex disputes and damages cases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and expand Forensic Accounting and Litigation Support offering in the US and internationally.
- Act as an Expert Witness in high-stakes litigation, arbitration, and mediation matters.
- Originate and manage client relationships, leveraging your established book of business.
- Deliver expert reports and testimony in disputes involving commercial damages, valuations, financial investigations, and fraud.
- Mentor and develop a growing team of forensic professionals.
- Collaborate with legal counsel, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee and contribute to case strategy, financial damages assessment, and the investigation of financial fraud.
- Provide expert analysis in areas such as lost profits, business interruption, insolvency, and M&A disputes.
Ideal Candidate:
- Chartered Accountant (CPA, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent) with a strong forensic background.
- Proven track record of revenue generation and business origination.
- Significant book of business and strong client network.
- Deep expertise in disputes, damages, and litigation support.
- Recognized Expert Witness experience in US and/or international courts or tribunals.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for leadership and growth.
