A respected engineering consulting firm is seeking a Senior Geotechnical Engineer (P.E.) to drive business development, lead technical projects, and mentor a growing team. This is a high-impact role where you'll shape geotechnical solutions for complex infrastructure, energy, and development projects-while helping expand the firm's reach and reputation.
What You'll Do:
- Identify and secure new business opportunities and client relationships
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and cross-sell services
- Lead geotechnical design for earth retention, deep foundations, grouting, and reinforced earth systems
- Oversee analytical modeling and prepare technical reports
- Mentor and lead project teams to deliver high-quality results
- Represent the firm at industry events and professional organizations
What You'll Bring:
- B.S. in Civil Engineering (Geotechnical focus); M.S. preferred
- Professional Engineer (P.E.) license
- 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
- Strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Proficiency in geotechnical design, fieldwork, and reporting
- Ability to travel and perform fieldwork as needed
