A well-established California firm is expanding its San Luis Obispo office and seeking a Senior Land Surveyor to help meet the growing local demand from their established clientele!

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with licensed professionals (PLS/PE)
- Support field work and lead in-office survey tasks
- Prepare ALTA maps, legal descriptions, TOPO/boundary surveys
- Develop and maintain survey standards and workflows, including those involving remote sensing technologies such as 3D scanning and UAV-based terrestrial photogrammetry
- Supervise staff in drafting tasks and other office-based survey support activities
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's in Land Surveying or related field (preferred)
- LSIT or PLS (preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive land surveying experience
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and Trimble Business Center
Compensation Range: $120,000- $145,000.
Final compensation is based on various factors including education, experience, and location.
