Job Summary: This firm is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect/Project Manager to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and team leadership. This role involves overseeing the design and execution of complex architectural projects from inception to completion, ensuring they meet client expectations, budget constraints, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage architectural projects, including planning, design, and construction phases.
  • Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to develop project goals and deliverables.
  • Prepare and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and other regulations.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, addressing any issues or delays promptly.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
  • Provide mentor-ship and guidance to junior architects and project team members.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure quality and adherence to design intent.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
  • Licensure preferred
  • Proficiency in architectural software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp).
  • Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Experience in sustainable design and LEED certification is a plus.
