The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in agronomy and a proven track record in agricultural technology sales. This is a unique opportunity to join a fast-growing, innovative company and lead market expansion across Asia-Pacific and Australia.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive business development and sales strategy for our solutions in APAC and ANZ.
  • Build and maintain relationships with distributors, agronomists, and large-scale growers.
  • Identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market plans tailored to regional needs.
  • Provide technical expertise and consultative sales support to clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: Minimum 7+ years in sales within agriculture/agronomy sectors.
  • Knowledge: Strong understanding of crop science, precision farming, and sustainable agriculture.
  • Network: Established relationships with key players in the agricultural industry across APAC/ANZ.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, self-driven, and passionate about sustainability and innovation.
