An established, employee-owned multidisciplinary consulting firm is seeking a Senior Pursuit Strategy Coordinator to support continued growth. With a strong national presence and integrated services across engineering, architecture, and environmental consulting, the firm delivers complex projects from concept through completion. Role Summary
This position plays a key role in leading proposal strategy, marketing initiatives, and business development support. You will drive the creation of compelling, compliant submissions while shaping branding and marketing efforts across the business.
Working closely with technical teams and leadership, you will oversee pursuits, manage marketing deliverables, and mentor junior staff, supporting high-quality outputs and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proposal strategy and execution
- Develop marketing materials (proposals, presentations, digital content)
- Conduct market research and support campaign strategy
- Ensure brand consistency across all deliverables
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and leadership
- Support interviews, events, and BD initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years in marketing (AEC/consulting preferred)
- Strong proposal writing and project management skills
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
