Role Overview
They are currently seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Cincinnati-based team. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who excels in structural design and enjoys working on complex, high-impact projects in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead structural engineering efforts on multidisciplinary projects
  • Perform detailed analysis and design for steel, concrete, and foundation systems
  • Coordinate with mechanical, electrical, and process engineering teams
  • Review and approve technical drawings and construction documentation
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure design integrity and safety compliance
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing
  • Engage with clients to understand project goals and deliver tailored solutions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (Master's preferred)
  • Active PE (Professional Engineer) license required
  • At least 10 years of structural engineering experience, ideally in industrial or manufacturing settings
  • Proficiency with structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD.Pro, RISA, Revit, AutoCAD)
  • Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
