Role Overview
They are seeking visionary Service Line Leaders to spearhead their strategic markets: Sports Facilities, Aviation, and Healthcare. This executive-level role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep domain expertise, a passion for client engagement, and a drive to shape the future of infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic growth and business development within the chosen service line.
- Cultivate and maintain high-level client relationships and partnerships.
- Oversee project delivery excellence, ensuring innovation and quality.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices and regions.
- Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
- Mentor and develop emerging leaders and technical talent.
Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
- Professional licensure (PE, SE, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant sector (sports, aviation, or healthcare).
- Proven leadership in business development and project execution.
- Strong communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
