Role Overview

They are seeking visionary Service Line Leaders to spearhead their strategic markets: Sports Facilities, Aviation, and Healthcare. This executive-level role is ideal for a dynamic leader with deep domain expertise, a passion for client engagement, and a drive to shape the future of infrastructure.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic growth and business development within the chosen service line.
  • Cultivate and maintain high-level client relationships and partnerships.
  • Oversee project delivery excellence, ensuring innovation and quality.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across offices and regions.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums.
  • Mentor and develop emerging leaders and technical talent.

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • Professional licensure (PE, SE, or equivalent) strongly preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant sector (sports, aviation, or healthcare).
  • Proven leadership in business development and project execution.
  • Strong communication, strategic thinking, and team-building skills.
