Overview
A growing energy infrastructure developer is seeking an Associate to help advance generation and battery storage projects nationwide. The role supports efforts to meet rapidly expanding large‑load demand-including AI and data center growth-while promoting responsible development, environmental stewardship, and strong community relationships. This is an opportunity to contribute to complex, high‑impact projects within a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support all phases of project development from inception through financial close.
- Prepare analyses, reports, and materials for internal approvals.
- Develop and manage project budgets and schedules.
- Coordinate environmental studies, permits, and regulatory approvals.
- Prepare interconnection requests and support related agreements.
- Assist with real estate negotiations and manage external consultants.
- Participate in community outreach.
- Support commercial negotiations, including offtake arrangements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, finance, legal, and commercial teams.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of experience in energy, power generation, or a related field.
- Strong communication, teamwork, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead cross‑functional efforts.
- High ethical standards and eagerness to learn.
- MBA or advanced STEM degree preferred; understanding of grid‑integration challenges is a plus.

- Travel up to ~25% required.
