I'm recruiting on behalf of a respected and design-forward structural engineering firm based in Dallas, TX, currently seeking a Structural Project Engineer to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed PE with 4-7 years of experience who is eager to work on a diverse and technically challenging portfolio of projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead structural design and analysis from concept through construction.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, and contractors to ensure integrated project delivery.
- Prepare structural drawings, calculations, and specifications.
- Conduct site visits and provide construction-phase support.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to internal knowledge sharing.
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and client expectations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
- PE license (required) in Texas or ability to obtain promptly.
- 4-7 years of experience in structural engineering for buildings.
- Proficiency in structural analysis/design software (e.g., ETABS, RAM, RISA, Revit).
- Strong knowledge of IBC, ASCE 7, ACI, AISC, and seismic design principles.
- Excellent communication and project coordination skills.
- Experience with seismic retrofit or performance-based design is a plus.
