Are you an experienced construction leader with a strong background in geotechnical or deep foundation work? We're looking for a Superintendent to join our growing team in North Carolina, overseeing field operations on a range of challenging and rewarding projects.

Your Role
As Superintendent, you'll be the key site leader responsible for managing crews, coordinating equipment and materials, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to spec.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day site operations for geotechnical foundation projects
- Supervise field crews and subcontractors, ensuring safety and quality compliance
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and clients
- Manage site logistics, equipment, and material deliveries
- Track progress, resolve issues, and report on performance
What You Bring
- 5+ years of experience in geotechnical or heavy civil construction
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Familiarity with deep foundations, ground anchors, soil nails, or similar systems
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, and other relevant certifications preferred
- Willingness to travel within North Carolina as needed
