Superintendent - Geotechnical Construction
We're looking for a Superintendent who knows the ground beneath their feet - and how to lead the team standing on it.
Our projects span micropiles, shotcrete, soil nails, and other foundation systems. We need someone who can bring technical know-how to the field, while also mentoring crews, building trust, and driving performance.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading field teams on complex geotechnical foundation projects
- Ensuring safety, quality, and schedule are always in focus
- Training and mentoring foremen and field staff
- Collaborating with project managers and engineers to keep things moving smoothly
Experience required:
- 10+ years of field experience in geotechnical or foundation construction
- Hands-on knowledge of micropiles, shotcrete, soil nails, and related systems
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or superintendent role
- Strong track record of leading crews and delivering safe, high-quality work
- Comfortable reading plans, coordinating logistics, and solving problems on the fly
