Superintendent
LVI are looking for a hands-on Superintendent who thrives on leading crews, solving field challenges, and delivering high-quality exterior restoration work.
LVI are proud to be partnered with a unique exterior restoration contractor specializing in concrete restoration, building envelope and façade repairs, and waterproofing for commercial structures. Their work ranges from complex occupied-building restorations to large-scale façade and structural repair projects, taking pride ourselves on quality execution, safety, and long-term client relationships.
The Role
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee day-to-day field operations across exterior restoration projects. This individual will play a critical role in ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards while coordinating crews, subcontractors, and site logistics.
This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with strong technical knowledge of exterior restoration and who thrives in the field and takes ownership of project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all onsite construction activities for exterior restoration projects
- Supervise self-perform crews and subcontractors across concrete repair, façade restoration, waterproofing, and envelope scopes
- Enforce site safety programs, OSHA compliance, and quality control standards
- Coordinate daily work plans, logistics, access equipment (swing stages, scaffolding, lifts), and material deliveries
- Maintain clear communication with Project Managers regarding progress, scheduling, manpower, and field issues
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and restoration details
- Prepare daily reports and maintain accurate field documentation
- Troubleshoot field challenges and proactively identify solutions to keep projects on track
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or Field Supervisor in exterior restoration, concrete repair, façade rehabilitation, or waterproofing
- Strong working knowledge of building envelope systems and restoration methods
- Experience managing crews on occupied or high-profile buildings preferred
- Ability to read construction drawings and specifications
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Willingness to travel locally as required by project locations
