My client is seeking a talented and driven Traffic Analysis Project Engineer, who is looking to step into a leadership role and lead an accomplished traffic analysis team. Your Responsibilities:
- Lead the traffic analysis team to deliver top-quality projects.
- Mentor junior engineers and staff.
- Utilize advanced modeling tools such as Synchro, SimTraffic, and Vissim to analyze traffic patterns and optimize solutions.
- Manage assignments and communicate statuses directly with clients.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of design solutions.
- Preform field checks on pavement markings, traffic signals, and MOT.
- Generate studies including traffic impact studies, all-way stop control warrant analyses, before-and-after evaluations, and parking studies.
Qualifications:
- Professional Engineer (PE) license is required.
- 5-10 years of experience
- Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field
- Experience with MUTCD, HSM, and HCM
- Project Management experience
- Professional Traffic Operations Engineer (PTOE) license preferred
