Position Summary:
The Engineering Manager will oversee the technical execution of multiple water and wastewater infrastructure projects. These may include advanced treatment systems, underground conveyance, and sustainability-focused solutions. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, managing budgets and schedules, and interfacing with clients.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Execution:

    • Develop complex engineering deliverables across multiple projects.
    • Conduct research and recommend materials/equipment.
    • Perform advanced calculations and manage project data.
    • Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure quality standards.
  • Client Engagement:

    • Understand client priorities and communicate them to internal teams.
    • Support business development and manage project changes.
  • Technical Leadership:

    • Guide large teams on water/wastewater treatment projects.
    • Provide strategic solutions to meet project goals.
  • Team Management:

    • Review work of junior engineers.
    • Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • Experience in consulting and managing multi-discipline water infrastructure projects.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
  • At least 8 years of relevant experience.
  • Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings.

Work Environment:
