Water/Wastewater Engineering Manager

Position Summary:
The Engineering Manager will oversee the technical execution of multiple water and wastewater infrastructure projects. These may include advanced treatment systems, underground conveyance, and sustainability-focused solutions. The role involves leading multidisciplinary teams, mentoring staff, managing budgets and schedules, and interfacing with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Execution:
- Develop complex engineering deliverables across multiple projects.
- Conduct research and recommend materials/equipment.
- Perform advanced calculations and manage project data.
- Coordinate cross-disciplinary teams and ensure quality standards.
Client Engagement:
- Understand client priorities and communicate them to internal teams.
- Support business development and manage project changes.
Technical Leadership:
- Guide large teams on water/wastewater treatment projects.
- Provide strategic solutions to meet project goals.
Team Management:
- Review work of junior engineers.
- Participate in hiring, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional Engineering (PE) license.
- Experience in consulting and managing multi-discipline water infrastructure projects.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience.
- Ability to pass standard pre-employment screenings.
Work Environment:
