Job Description: The company is seeking a highly motivated Civil Water/Wastewater Engineer to join their team. As you serve as an engineer you will be integral in the planning, design, construction, and/or commissioning of water, wastewater, and stormwater infrastructure projects processes. You will also perform modeling and hydraulic calculations and prepare cost estimations for infrastructure projects including water treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and other related facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in water infrastructure projects from planning through construction.
- Develop detailed design plans, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Perform hydraulic modeling and analysis.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
- As needed, carry out additional tasks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field (MS preferred)
- Professional Engineer (PE) license in California.
- 5+ years of experience in water infrastructure engineering.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and hydraulic modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
